Maintenance is an effort to maintain a heavy equipment unit keep it in good condition. One of the techniques performance by carrying out maintenance management which combination various activities such as monitoring, scheduling, repairing, and inventory control. part aims ensure availability spare parts warehouse so that can increase efficiency time. The purpose this study calculate supply fast-moving parts, especially oil filters diesel using Min-Max Stock method at PT Armada Hada Graha Basecamp Kelontong. research used comparative quantitative utilizing usage data from January March 2022 stock on 2022. From calculation results be concluded percentage filter between minimum maximum values is 7%. It happens due several factors, namely, materials, methods, machines, environment.
